Federal IT Career Workshop and Shadow Day

Join AFFIRM at our annual Federal Career IT Day, introducing college students to careers and opportunities in Federal information technology (IT). This program is designed in consultation with the Federal CIO Council’s Workforce Committee and the Office of Personnel Management. Students who attend the AFFIRM Federal Career IT Day will be given a leg up on employment opportunities within the Federal workforce. Participants will hear from past attendees, get tips from those who make hiring decisions within their agencies,and learn what the future holds for Federal IT professionals. This is a unique opportunity for students to network with Federal employees and become better prepared for the professional workforce. Lunch will be provided, courtesy of AFFIRM.
