Employers interested in selecting candidates from CUA can take advantage of our On-Campus Interview program. We will help employers post positions, publicize the opportunities to potentially qualified students and student groups, reserve space, and we offer an online system for scheduling students to interview on the selected date. A number of convenient conference rooms and interview spaces can be scheduled based on the employer’s specific needs.
On-campus interviews can be held for full- or part-time positions and internships. Employers can post positions related to on-campus interviews in Cardinal Connection, our free online job and internship software system. After selecting an interview date with the Office of Career Services, employers can post their opportunities and review their recruiting schedules. The on-campus interview process is usually 5 weeks from posting to interview date in order to ensure strong student response.
Interviews are conducted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, and can be scheduled in customizable intervals based on the employer’s needs. Interviews are held in conveniently located spaces in the Pryzbyla Center. Employers interested in promoting their opportunities prior to the interview date may also schedule an Information Session.
Employers recruiting at CUA are expected to be familiar with and follow the NACE Principles for Professional Practice for Career Service and Employment Professionals.
