On a 1-1 basis, the para will help to support the child's integration into the school and/or after care activities. Complete para training and skill development / coaching will be provided by the child’s parents and supported by the child’s PhD-level clinicians with a specialization in SM and childhood anxiety. The para will work with the child 3 days per week, 2 hours per day. The exact schedule is TBD and may require some flexibility based on the child’s needs and progress.
