The Advisor is responsible for providing the best experience possible for all participants of the program through facilitation of educational curricula. Advisors help shape the experience for the students, acting as teachers and mentors to their students. The Advisor must be able to interact with and supervise students and provide for their safety and well-being. Advisors report to the Education Lead. Advisors work with a team of 15-20 other Advisors and staff and are responsible for working directly with a group of 20-25 students. Will be on-call 24 hours per day while the program is in session and actively engaging with students during scheduled working hours (typically 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily).
