Tuesday, April 14 - Shark Tank--Entrepreneurial Career Panel
6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Heritage Hall in Fr. O’Connell Building 

Sponsored by the School of Business
This Career Panel is directed towards providing student the opportunity to network with business professionals who have started their own companies. The panelists are asked to provide students with advice and share their own experience about launching a business.
Unlike the other we have hosted will be a Shark Tank format in which students (three chosen teams) will have the opportunity to pitch their business ideas (and/or product) to three Venture Capitalists who will serve as investors. The teams will receive direct feedback, be asked questions and provide advice to the students. 
Heavy hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be provided throughout the evening; students and speakers are invited to stay afterward for a general meet and greet. Registration on The Nest.

The Daniel Morgan Academy is an innovative, new graduate school Washington, DC serving the national security community. This Career Panel offers students the opportunity to speak and network with CUA alumni and other business professionals who work for nonprofit corporations. Panelists will speak to students regarding this type of industry and offer tips, advice and anecdotes from their own experience. Students will have the opportunity to split up into groups and ask the panelists individual questions they might have.
Refreshments provided. Business attire requested.
